Sunday our dear friend Beth Rose Goin came over and took photos of our house for a submission to Atomic Ranch magazine. It was a lot of fun and she got some great shots! They haven't been edited yet but here is a little sneak peek:

Hello, I found your blog through a link on the Tennessean, randomly, while searching for "ranch brick" design ideas.
We're in the neighborhood too -- just bought a house in the Rosebank/Eastland area of East Nashville (closing on Fri) and I'm eager to make it ours.
I never thought I'd be excited about a 60's brick ranch style house...but since we just bought one, I've had to give up the design ideas that would probably only suit a 1920's bungalow, and embrace the 60's :)
I look forward to reading your blog!

ps-The photo of the "for sale" house you put up recently is totally one we noticed in the listings as we were house hunting.
Unfortunately, many of the homes we looked at were complete dumps, and those weren't even being forclosed on. I can't imagine what that one looks like inside. Yikes.
